Can AI build a personal-brand website?

YES, BUT

The short answer

This is our first planned build. We will test a personal website with a portfolio and contact section before publishing a verdict or cost claim.

AI can handle

  • Page structure and responsive layout
  • Initial visual system and reusable sections
  • Search metadata and deployment configuration

The hard parts

  • Making the design feel unmistakably personal
  • Turning real work into convincing case studies
  • Connecting and testing forms, analytics, and deployment

Build this first

The sensible first version

  • Clear introduction
  • Selected work
  • About section
  • Working contact route

What we plan to build

A responsive personal website with a clear introduction, selected work, an about section, and a way to get in touch. The design should feel specific to its owner.

What a useful result needs

  • Readable layouts on a phone and a desktop.
  • Real project descriptions and accessible images.
  • A clear contact route with no non-working forms.
  • Search metadata and content available without JavaScript.
  • Source files the owner can export and maintain.

How we will evaluate it

We will record the builder and model, the brief, actual spending, time spent fixing problems, and the finished result. Any external services and ongoing costs will be documented separately.

Ownership and maintenance

The evaluation will include editing content, exporting the code, and deploying through an account the owner controls.

Current status

This is a planning example, not a tested recommendation. Screenshots, a live demo, and measured costs will be added after the build is complete.
